Description

Fig Gin is a special collaboration between YDC and Blueberry Fields in Brooklet, NSW. We've used both fresh and slow-dried figs to bring out a rich, caramelised sweetness, then layered in Dorrigo Pepperberry and Cassia Bark to add warmth and spice. The result is a gin with real depth — sweet, spiced and unmistakably grown-up.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich caramelised fig with warm spice

Palate: Sweet, slow-dried fig with peppery warmth and cassia spice

Finish: Warm and lingering, with a peppery spice note to close
